Maximum Number of Pets: 2; Pets must be at least 6 months of age
Maximum Weight: No weight restrictions
Pet Rent: $45 per pet
Pet Deposit (refundable): $400 per household
One-Time Pet Fee (non-refundable): $400 per household

Breed Restrictions: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Malamute, Presa Canario, Karelian Bear Dog, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita.
